Use Case

A media company wanted to create ads for their customers on social media and wanted to figure which ads to show and at what times.


Dividing content on social media into various topics helps segment them a priori before running optimization algorithms. Understanding customer utilization patterns on electronic media also allows making decisions on which ad to display at what time.


We combined text analytics & topic modeling to score various media channels to create relevance scores. These relevance scores are then accentuated using relevant meta data to fine tune the scores for better accuracy and optimization.
